Now, about the opportunity:
The Account Supervisor at Media.Monks will be responsible for overseeing digital
projects and maintaining client relationships. This role will require strong
digital marketing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to
manage the execution of campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact
for digital projects.
Project Management:
Oversee the successful execution of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered
within budget and on schedule.
Campaign Strategy:
Develop and implement digital campaign strategies in collaboration with internal
teams and clients.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, including creatives, developers, and strategists,
to ensure seamless project delivery.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and
recommendations for improvement.
Budget Oversight:
Manage project budgets and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to
maximize campaign impact.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to advise
clients on best practices.
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, with a focus on client
management and project execution.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Digital Expertise:
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, display
advertising, and SEO/SEM.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project
goals.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret campaign data and
drive performance improvements.
Client Focus:
A track record of delivering exceptional client service and maintaining long-term
client relationships.
