Partners with sales colleagues in the development and closing of sales opportunities. Serves as technical subject matter expert and consults the sales team and client on DN product and service offerings. Assists in the sales cycle from discovery to close. Designs customer solutions that achieve business and financial goals as well as meet or exceed client business and functional requirements. Documents detailed client requirements and initiates any required scoping efforts or planning with internal partners to ensure successful solution delivery. Evaluates product performance, market needs and client satisfaction, providing feedback to product teams to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the company's product and services portfolio.
