As a AI Cloud Solution Engineer, you will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for guiding a team of consultants, data scientists, and engineers to deliver innovative AI strategies and solutions that address complex business challenges across various industries. Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and identify opportunities for leveraging AI to drive value and achieve goals. AI Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive AI strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, including defining use cases, selecting appropriate AI technologies, and designing implementation roadmaps. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, including data scientists, engineers, and developers, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of AI solutions. Solution Design: Oversee the design and architecture of AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. Project Management: Manage all aspects of AI projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation, to ensure timely and successful delivery. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to validate the performance and accuracy of AI models and solutions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement. Knowledge Sharing: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies, methodologies, and applications, and share knowledge and best practices with team members and clients. Qualifications: Master's or PhD degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Strong academic background with a focus on statistics and machine learning is highly desirable. Proven experience in consulting or professional services, with a focus on AI, machine learning, data science and data management. Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, computer vision, and predictive analytics. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese proficiency, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget, while meeting quality and performance standards. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze business problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive business transformation through AI.
