Sobre a vaga
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when
the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the
buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs
across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance
fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings,
Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Understand problems, pain points, and opportunities of the sellers using our
platform of education;
Create attractive educational content in different formats based on the main
learning methodologies (active methodologies).
Ensure that content for Shopee sellers is clear, accessible and aligned with
learning objectives.
Support the development of effective communication strategies for sellers and
operations teams.
Ensure that all messages are transmitted in a clear and engaging manner.
Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement in the
Seller Experience.
Develop and implement corrective actions based on identified needs.
Measure the impact of training and communication initiatives on seller
satisfaction and operational performance.
Prepare and participate in recurrent calls, business reviews, and workshops to
support business.
Establish relationships with different partners inside the company to optimize and
enhance operation standards.
