The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopees growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees. Ï Help to develop, implement, and administrate compensation programs for Shopee Brazil. Ï Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives. Ï Work closely with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations. Ï Oversee participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved. Ï Help to manage performance and salary review processes for Brazil. Ï Assist with the performance cycle with the Regional Team. Ï Maintain Job Descriptions and ranks analysis up to date. Ï Develop talent management processes for Brazil.
