Job Description

You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain
efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans
and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.
How you will contribute
You will:
Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to
ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service
targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external
customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with
customers
Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause
analysis and improvement initiatives
Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock
holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making
internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales
What you will bring

Experience in CS&L and with customers
Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods company
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office
Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills
Strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPIs
Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility

Responsabilidades:
Prestar suporte e assistência às solicitações dos vendedores, garantindo um
atendimento eficaz e de qualidade.
Gerar sugestões de compra para os clientes embarcados no modelo VMI fazendo
analises previas de gestão de estoque, curva de vendas e giro preditivo.
Colaborar com as equipes de logística, vendas e cliente externo para otimizar o
atendimento ao cliente e garantir a satisfação do cliente.
Apoiar a região Centro-Oeste, canal TT, fornecendo análises técnicas e insights
para impulsionar o sucesso do cliente.
Comunicar-se de forma eficaz com todas as partes interessadas, internas e
externas, para garantir uma coordenação eficiente e uma experiência positiva do
cliente.
Requisitos:
Experiência prévia em funções de atendimento ao cliente ou áreas relacionadas é
preferível.
Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de interpretar e extrair insights de
dados complexos.
Proficiência em inglês intermediário para comunicação eficaz com colegas e
clientes internacionais.
Conhecimento avançado em Excel e familiaridade com outras ferramentas de análise
de dados, como Power BI.
Experiência prévia com SAP, especialmente no módulo SD, é altamente desejável.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, com forte atenção aos
detalhes e capacidade de priorizar tarefas.
Graduação completa ou cursando em curso superior
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em um modelo híbrido, com uma vez por semana no
escritório (terças-feiras), em São Paulo/SP.
