As an Associate Manager, Implementation at Uber for Business, you will be
responsible for the implementation process within accounts in our top tier
segment. You will own the initial 90 days with clients post-sale, launch and
training end-users on how to extract full potential in our core products. Your
product expertise will make you uniquely qualified to consult with customers,
provide recommendations, and create a partnership experience that focuses on
mutually beneficial initiatives that drive expansion.
This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible
office in São Paulo 2-3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our
office on additional days if they desire to do so.
What the Candidate Will Do
Train and Launch new users of Uber for Business platform
Manage launch expectations with Sales Managers and Account Executives, tracking
usage, linkage and consumption in the first 90 days of customer adoption
Support and facilitate customer training, using Learning Principles to communicate
with different levels and roles at Enterprise companies.
Manage 5 Implementation Lead experts
Own the end-to-end process of implementation:
account handover, training, implementing and extract the gross bookings of the
Uber for Business portfolio.
Map all the process of implementation, identifying roadblocks and creating a sense
of urgency for different segments (Enterprise, Mid Market and SMB)
Create Salesforce Reports to manage the implementation pipeline and also provide
insight metrics on how to drive performance.
Develop and maintain sales documents such as playbooks and performance trackers to
support team scalability
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of B2B experience, with at least 2 years as a People Manager of customer
facing teams (Customer Experience and Account Management).
Proficiency in pipeline management, sales techniques, prioritization, and setting
clear expectations
Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to refine sales strategies
Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of operational and sales excellence, developing strategies to
expand accounts and implementing them effectively
Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment and have a competitive edge
Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
English proficiency.
