Sobre a vaga
Play a pivotal role in coordinating our people and CD (career development) related
processes. Own people processes related to employee life cycle, with a strong
emphasis on CD processes and stakeholder management
Coordinate HR processes such as Onboarding, Probation, Performance Improvement
Plans, Absence Management, Mobility and Exit
Manage & execute all aspect of CDC including, onboarding of talent (new joiners)
to CDC, administration of CDC meetings, workday changes specific to CDC set up for
employee and reporting checks and preparation for CDC meetings including flags,
ensuring accuracy and all case reviews are submitted, follow up and ongoing
monitoring of CDC outcomes etc.
You will help business teams understand HR policies, tools and resolve complex
queries. Coordinate with BCG X ops team to maintain the HR database on Workday,
and keep it updated. You will leverage Workday and its functionalities to provide
better services, and bring about effectiveness in HR processes
Collaborate with local HR to understand local office nuances and manage employee
life cycle effectively
Collaborate with relevant Talent Managers and staffer to ensures correct case
information is up to date as needed to trigger appropriate forms and information
for case reviews, L&D programing or other Ad hoc requests for reporting as needed
Escalate potential employee relations concerns to ensure we align and collaborate
with business, P&D leadership and local BCG HR teams as needed
Create and/or update regular reports as required including headcount activity,
reduced capacity, LOA, mobility, attrition or other program reporting needs and
ensure accuracy and timelines of delivery
Flexibility to take on people experience, L&D or other key people projects that
impact region, global LOB or other relevant people experience as needed.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
3-5 years of HR/people experience in a professional services environment
Some experience in HR systems such as workday beneficial
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work
experience

CDC Advisors, Global X delivery leadership for employee population you are
serving, People & Development Leadership and your team members
BCG local HR for all things mobility, ER, CDC policies etc, we are committed to
alignment before action for all employee HR needs with local BCG HR (In the office
