The Axis LATAM team is looking for a Brazil National Sales Manager to Provide
strategy, development, and guidance to the Brazil sales teams in order to drive
sales.
What Youll Do Here&
Develop sales forecast, budget, and staff growth plans. Defines markets, market
potentials and appropriate sales strategies for the area.
Partners with customers/distributors/partners to plan strategies, provide quality
service, train customer's personnel, and provide support necessary for attainment
of customer's goals and objectives. Anticipates obstacles and identifies
alternative strategies.
Formulates, communicates, implements, and evaluates strategic and tactical sales
plans. Monitors outside (or inside) sales performance. Provides coaching and
development activities necessary to ensure successful execution of plans.
Maintains active relationships with Axis customers, partners and distributors.
Negotiates discrepancies between customer's expectations and Axis solutions.
Assists staff in dealing with specific target audiences such as distributors,
contractors, industrials, and utilities.
What We Are Looking For&
At least 10 years of experience in Security/IT sales in Brazil territory with
global companies.
Strong knowledge developing strategies and schedules to meet the sales goals and
customer requirements.
Sound experience providing coaching and development plans for sales teams.
Able to master political relationships at the customer/partner and distributors C
level in order to advance sales pursuits and win business.
