The Business Analyst's key function is to work with internal and external clients to determine requirements and to define solutions to address business, process and systems problems, and improvements in the organisation. They act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organisation, and to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals. They take guidance from more senior Business Analysts. Como será o seu dia a dia de trabalho? Sua principal responsabilidade nesta função é prover reforço técnico e funcional para as áreas de negócio e consultoria, documentar requisitos e mapear processos em período de projetos de sistemas. Garantindo que todas as definições do projeto sejam implementadas e entregues aos negócios. Quais serão as suas responsabilidades? Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipes multifuncionais, áreas de negócios e fornecedores para garantir a entrega bem-sucedida do projeto; Identificar e documentar requisitos de negócios; Analisar processos existentes e propor melhorias para otimização; Fornecer suporte contínuo para garantir a adoção eficaz da ferramenta; Responsabilidade funcional para analisar problemas de média e alta complexidade, realizando a condução e propondo soluções relacionadas à entrega; Elaboração e validação dos documentos e manuais ferentes as soluções propostas e implementadas; O que esperamos que você possua? Formação acadêmica em Tecnologia da Informação, Administração de Empresas ou área relacionada; Experiência em projetos de implantação de sistemas ERP; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar eficazmente em um ambiente multicultural; Desejável conhecimento em Gestão de projetos: Waterfall e Ágil; Proficiência em comunicação em inglês; Proficiência em comunicação em espanhol; Desejável Conhecimento em SQL e bancos de dados; Paixão pela tecnologia e disposição para aprender novas ferramentas.
