Sobre a vaga
· Bachelors degree in marketing, business, engineering, or another field is
preferred. An MBA with a focus on marketing is a plus. Relevant sales experience
may substitute for degrees.
· Two plus years of successful IT project sales & business development experience
required.
· Business development in an IT staffing environment strongly preferred.
Near-shore or on-shore IT staffing experience desired.
· Competitive personality with a commitment to achieving results. A successful
history in work, sport, or another area required.
· Business development skills including the ability to identify new business
opportunities, promote the firm's service offerings, and adeptly negotiate sales
agreements.
· Some knowledge of, and an interest in, the North American IT market.
· Ability to cultivate new customers and to farm existing relationships.
· Experience and/or an interest in attending industry events and trade shows.
· Ability to understand the business implications of project staffing plans,
decisions, and actions. ·
· Capable of navigating through complex organizations and understanding project
staffing requirements and agreements.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal
settings.
· Skilled in interacting within a multicultural environment.
· Creativity, emotional intelligence, and resilience to effectively manage through
change and occasional differences of opinions and/or approaches.
· Experience and ability to work remotely, independently, and productively.
· Available to travel on occasion to visit clients, prospects, or trade shows
within the U.S. and Canada (we anticipate 5-20% travel for this position).
· Bilingual skills in English and Portuguese or Spanish are a plus.
