The Retail Business Services group is an integral part of Amazon online product
life cycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains
competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and
good product information. The programs handled by this group have a direct impact
on customer buying decisions and online user experience.
RBS has a new program to scale vendor management worldwide and is looking for
dynamic and talented associates to participate in the implementation of the
program in Brazil. The Associates will be responsible for developing business
relationship with vendors and providing operational support to both vendors and
vendor managers .
This position is a Business Operations Analyst in Deals and Promotion team and the
primary responsibilities to leverages deals as strategic tools to enhance customer
experience, emphasizing the importance of serendipity in shopping. By actively
incorporating customer feedback, Amazon ensures its deals maintain a high
standard, fostering trust and loyalty. Deals are not merely about discounts but
include exclusive or new items at compelling prices, creating a sense of scarcity
and immediacy. This approach is integral to Amazon's brand, aimed at driving
long-term value and encouraging diverse purchasing behaviors. With a global
perspective, Amazon strives for a consistent deals experience across all regions,
recognizing the universal desire among customers for great value, thereby ensuring
a broad selection of deals to cater to varied preferences.
Core Responsibilities
- Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools;
- Must be able to effectively drive operational metrics, meet the SLAs and exceed
ambitious business goals by engaging with vendors and internal business and
operations partners in BR
- Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to
completion (Kaizens projects);
- Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing
revenue and reducing costs for our customers.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
