Sumário The Business Partner coordinator will work in partnership with ZTD Regional lead, providing ongoing Tech & Digital support in Brazil as part of the ZTD (Zoetis Tech and Digital) International Commercial team. The Business partner will report to the ZTD Regional Lead  Canada, LATAM & Brazil In conjunction with the ZTD Regional Lead, the Business Partner will work with the market of Brazil to ensure the effective ongoing technical operations across all enterprise technology areas with key focus on commercial technologies including ERP, CRM, digital services, revenue management, business intelligence, ecommerce, incentive management, network, security, compliance and Infrastructure. The role will include working with global cross functional teams to deliver projects and solutions that helps to drive, support and sustain business. Market Responsibilities: Provide Tech and digital support to Brazil as part of the ZTD International Commercial team. Ensure that the core commercial ZTD applications are fully operational and stable and enabling the key strategic commercial objectives and priorities of the market. Primary liaison between the business and all ZTD global teams for incidents, problems and change management. Identify new business capabilities to be enabled by technology that can develop and grow the business Accountable for execution of agreed IT projects Responsible for consulting with local business to help them to determine how technology can best address their business needs and growth opportunities. Work with business to ensure strong adoption of technical capabilities rolled out in region Facilitate communications between ZTD and the commercial business. Translate business needs and strategies into cost effective technology solutions & Document the requirements at a market level Portfolio & Financial Responsibilities: Work with ZTD Regional Lead to consolidate local market demand into enterprise portfolio / budget development process. Additionally, support local market operating plans. Manages local projects portfolio, ensuring systems and compliance activities are 100% current Support successful delivery of approved projects at local level, escalating where needed for identified risks with ZTD Regional Lead Ensuring optimal portfolio management with focus on leveraging global solutions and retirement of legacy systems where possible. Preparation of local business cases in order to present them to ZTD and business leadership for approval. Operational Responsibilities: Support the escalation and resolution of urgent tickets and requests. Strives towards service excellence and operational optimization. Works closely with business & ZTD global teams for continuous improvement recommendations and delivery. Responsible for ZTD local disaster recovery processes and upkeep of documentation. Local coordination and management of global upgrades and outages, acting as liaison between global and business teams. Digital Responsibilities: Supports ZTD Regional Lead, COE and Business to roll out new and existing capabilities to strengthen digital expansion and maturity. Support ZTD Regional Lead to advice business in market on tech & digital innovation Education: Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Systems/Business Administration or other relevant fields. Experience (3-5+ years experience in IT or similar function): Technology experience: Knowledge of system analysis, design and data/systems/application architecture, ERP and logistics systems; web/mobile solutions include e-commerce/digital marketing; data management and business intelligence solutions, CRM and field force effectiveness solutions; call center / customer service technologies, incentives, revenue management; general understanding of data center and infrastructure technologies. Clear understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies which can be applied to manage system projects Experience in a commercial environment, preferably life-sciences, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests and projects. Knowledge of pharma/animal health business activity is a plus Skills: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in a matrix organization managing multiple stakeholders & resources without direct authority in local market, regional or global teams. Maintain a strong positive relationship with the business and work to maintain high customer satisfaction Project Management Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and to support testing of these requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Ability to influence and persuade through personal credibility, integrity and professionalism. Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects or tasks. Ability to prioritize issues and drive progress in ambiguous situations Core Competencies: Functional/technical skills in the disciplines of IT Seizes accountability Change agile Acts decisively Positive mindset Self-starting, solution driven and customer oriented. Technical Competencies: Project and system development lifecycle management experience. Knowledge of system analysis, design and data/systems/application architecture. Business Process analysis and planning.
