Overview
Cash Management Operations is a important area within organizations, focused on
the efficient management of cash flow. It involves activities such as cash
forecasting, balance monitoring, optimization of payments and receipts and
liquidity management. Cash operators are responsible for managing payment and
receipt flows, ensuring that transactions are processed in a timely and accurate
manner. Additionally, they play a vital role in identifying and resolving
discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions. Liquidity management is
also within the scope of operations, with professionals closely monitoring cash
balances to ensure that the company has sufficient funds for its daily operations.
Furthermore, they may be involved in the implementation and use of financial
technologies to automate processes, improve cash flow visibility, and strengthen
internal controls.

What Youll Do
Performing daily operational routines includes:
Monitoring of Collections and Payments flow into system
Provide instructions/request information to/from Correspondent Bank (e.g.:
search on non-settled boletos/monitoring of boletos sent to Notary/Payments made
using checks)
Analysis of supporting documentation sent by Client
Monitoring of available funds prior to settlement
Incident Reporting & Escalation
Support to Cash Sales & Product
Skills Youll Need
Relevant Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Previous experience in operational of cash management
Excellent English language proficiency (written/verbal)
Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication and analytical skills, flexible regarding production
problem solving
Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team
members
Able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
