What you'll do The Channel Sales Analyst is the team member that is responsible for assisting in accelerating channel led growth. This will be achieved by becoming the subject matter expert on all processes related to registration, closing and winning of partner deals. Examples of activities include deal registration, quoting, order form/purchase order management, and working cross functionally with various business partners within Docusign and our transacting Partners. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Manager, Partner GTM Operations. Responsibility Support Docusign field teams with back office activities, becoming the subject matter expert on the processes to build, price and close partner deals Review, validate and approve partner submissions for new deals, and convert into opportunities Own quote creation and management by obtaining proper approvals for quotes and ensuring information is transmitted correctly to associated parties Ensure Order Form is correct and submitted to partners by stewarding this process from beginning to end, ensuring timely handoffs and performing timely operational procedures Ensure Purchase Order information is correct and aligned with the Quote or Order Form Assist Revenue Operations as needed with timely and necessary updates Coordinate cross functionally with different personas in the process Support Sales, Account management, Channel Managers and Partner Operations in ensuring the opportunities are maintained correctly and quotes are performed accurately and timely Strive to ensure Opportunities have correct and strictly accurate data quality Help drive quicker and tighter deal time by reducing errors and inconsistencies within various touchpoints of the process Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. What you bring Basic 2+ years working in sales back office roles - quoting, order processing etc. Fluent in English, both verbal and written Salesforce experience required CPQ and Quoting experience Understanding the basics of Leads and Opportunities and the sales operational cycles around them Familiarity with opportunity management Preferred Working understanding of the channel space (Resellers, Distributors, ISV and SI) Understanding of the Channel Resell cross functional team structure - Channel Management, Sales, Partner Operations, Revenue Operations Apttus + CPQ + Order Form/Purchase Order experience Understanding of the overall Reseller-Distributor channel business 1+ years of experience working with Deal Registrations Life at DocuSign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
