THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Success Senior Director to our Client Success team in Sao
Paulo!
The Client Success Director is responsible for leading the client success team,
ensuring high levels of client satisfaction & engagement, and aligning client
success initiatives in order to achieve the Gympass strategic objectives.
YOUR IMPACT
Lead and manage the client success team, setting CS goals and performance metrics.
Develop and implement client success strategies and processes to enhance client
engagement and retention.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to
ensure a cohesive client experience.
Oversee the onboarding of new clients and manage key client relationships.
Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product or
service improvements.
Ensure that the team effectively addresses client issues and queries, providing
high-quality support.
Drive the adoption of best practices in client success across the organization.
Monitor and report on client success metrics, making adjustments to strategies as
needed.
Provide training and professional development opportunities for the client success
team.
Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring client needs
and expectations are understood and addressed

WHO YOU ARE
Lead and manage the client success team, setting CS goals and performance metrics.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
field.
Extensive experience in client relationship management, in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and
practices.
Proven track record of achieving client success and retention goals.
