Your Day-To-Day Taking ownership of marketing activity for the Game. Working with internal teams to project manage marketing asset production for portfolio campaigns such as demos, prologos and Launch games, or new platform launches. Acting as a key portfolio marketing contact for external people. What You'll Need Creative Flair. You'll be providing ideas on marketing assets and campaigns which you can then develop into actionable results. Communication. Whether you're interacting with your team or writing marketing copy for a campaign, clear communication is a key part of the role. Games Knowledge. Not just of our portfolio game of Electric Monkeys which you'll be playing but also the wider games market and trends. Collaboration. You'll work with the wider key stakeholders across the business, utilising the strong relationships you have built, ensuring everyone has the latest information to stay connected in our approach. Experience in delivering high-quality video, brand and marketing assets in games or interactive entertainment. Creating marketing campaign performance reports for directors. Constantly be looking for new technologies and strategies that will add value to the game. Build and maintain a relationship with followers; Manage crises online. Define themes and plan posts; Strategic definition of content: what are the best times for publications, scheduling, posting frequency and type of content; Creation of content for websites, social networks, blogs, newsletters, releases, etc.; Be an active user of social media and follow formats, memes and trends; Skill Requirements - Have fun playing games; - You must have studied or are currently studying Game design, Digital Games, Marketing, or other relevant areas; - Great analytical capacity and ability to understand and plan in different scenarios that change frequently; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; - Strong understanding of content creation processes and tools, such as Adobe Audition, Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, and OBS. - Ability to create new processes and workflows with the marketing team; - Great organization skills and attention to detail; - Advanced English (required during the interview). Bonus Point - Previous experience working with games advertising; - Knowledge in Unity is a plus.
