Desired Skills & Experience: Experience responding to privacy, data disclosure, and other legally sensitive inquiries is not required but is strongly preferred. Experience with operational workflow systems, project management, and familiarity with database queries is highly desirable. Ability to understand legal documents and data disclosure inquiries from law enforcement authorities and respond concisely under applicable laws and our policies. Superior organizational skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and a mindset that processes can constantly be improved. Ability to communicate and represent Netflix before law enforcement authorities. Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to review data and identify trends. Ability to maintain a positive, constructive attitude in ambiguous situations and to manage complexity and high pressure in a productive manner. Self-starter and fast learner who can work independently while using impeccable judgment. Possess situational awareness to identify and escalate matters that require urgent attention. Proficiency in Excel and the Google suite of applications in a business environment (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc). Ability to work in an open, feedback-driven culture. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required - extra points if you are fluent in Spanish.
