How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The Coordinator, Sales Insights & Communications will be responsible of generating
actionable insights for clients, via analysis of trends, building of reports and
understanding segmentation and data provided by the research and BI areas of the
company.
This position will connect internal research and BI reports to the sales teams,
developing data visualization and reporting using available tools (Excel, PowerBI,
PPT) to deliver comprehensive sales insight packs that support campaign
understanding, audiences and 360° results. This coordinator is the translator of
reports between internal sources of data to clients and agencies. Its knowledge
of local clients, types of deals and needs will be critical to ensure
understanding and best use of data.
This coordinator will develop reporting processes and use cases ensuring
internal approval to deliver detailed data from campaigns, as well as tracking
of incremental sales derived from these activities.
The Coordinator, Sales Insights & Communications will be responsible for:
Interacting with Research and BI teams to understand available and approved data
for clients/agencies.
Analyze provided data to create insights materials (infographics, in-depth
presentations, etc.)
Engage with Sales teams and clients directly in the review and discussion of data
trends, insights, and recommendations.
Create best use case studies.
Develop appropriate processes to ensure approval of data to be used for external
facing materials (clients and agencies).
What we need from you to be part of this story:
Technology sales (SAS/B2B) or technology marketing background.
Knowledge of the digital advertising eco-system.
Deep understanding of marketing insight data.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are also essential,
along with keen attention to detail.
Experience developing communication materials.
Ability to analyze and derive insights from digital advertising campaign data.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with
both technical teams and business strategy teams.
Advanced use of presentation tools (Power BI, Looker, Social Listening, Design
Thinking, familiarized with Social Network).
Ability to cultivate sales and client relationships.
