Right now, we are looking for a Cultural Hacking Consultant joining our Cultural
Hacking Studio at Globant! Our studio accompanies Globants customers to create a
way forward to achieve business goals by crafting cultures of empowered people,
making transformation tangible and finding new ways to build an adaptable
organization.
You will get the chance to:
Gain a solid understanding of how to approach cultural transformations (definition
of cultural strategy, conduct change management processes, develop training
programs, design and execute trainings and facilitate working sessions).
Assembly of key materials and activities to generate transformations of great
impact on our clients.
Participate in diverse teams to transform and enhance the culture of our clients
creating business impact and people transformation.
Articulate the comprehensive planning of the company's cultural transformation
projects with a systemic vision and in line with the Purpose and Cultural
Principles of the client.
Get the chance to know and do research about the best practices of the market
related to digital transformation and talent engagement.
What would help you succeed:
Passion for transforming organizations.
English intermediate.
Courses related to the subject (transformation, agility, change management, human
resources) are a big plus!
Have participated in cultural transformation projects.
Knowledge of collaborative tools (Trello, Mural, Miro, Jamboard, teams, etc.).
Experience in similar positions accompanying transformation processes and/or
change management or HR positions like HRBP, Talent & Development, Learning, etc.
At least 5 years of experience.
