Youll have the following responsibilities.
1- Customer partner - You put the customer first, promoting the breadth of
services. Looks to fully understand the customers needs and align relevant
solutions.
2 - Continuous improver - You question current processes, trying to change and
work smarter. You try new approaches or ideas, seeking to understand the benefits
and opportunities that they offer.
3 - Active learner - You're quick to learn from experience and mistakes, readily
applying new knowledge to the next challenge. You accept feedback and develop your

4 - Team player - You navigate relationships openly and honestly. You share
knowledge and information to directly benefit or support others.
Youll have the following skills and experience.
Language Proficiency:
Advanced or fluent English is a must.
Genesys Certification:
Familiarity with Genesys technologies and customer experience tools.
Leadership Abilities:
Capable of leading medium-level engagements (5M+). You can take charge with
minimal direction across all levels of engagement (5+ designers). Troubleshooting
issues independently, even in non-standard scenarios.
Stakeholder Management:
Proficient in identifying stakeholders, creating stakeholder maps, and developing
communication plans. Youll provide regular updates to senior managers within
Customer Design & Delivery. Typical stakeholders include RDL, other designers,
TSP, BT PM and/or Programme lead, Customer IT Manager and staff, supplier product
managers, and senior technical personnel.
Relationship Building:
Skilled at establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key
stakeholders.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in this field.
Customer-Facing Skills:
Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
Hybrid Work Model:
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days at the office).
