Will typically work on In-Life designs and deliveries out of regional hubs, but may contribute to elements of T&T or WNB/C2M work being delivered through technology hubs. Youll have the following skills and experience English or Spanish in an advanced/fluent level Genesys Certification is a must Sufficient technical knowledge of more than one technology or product in a specific T&SD area to enable allocation to T&SD deliveries. Should be looking to broaden skills to look at different products in the same T&SD area Minimum of 4 years of experience in this field Customer facing Experience.
