About the job
Organize, manage, deliver and record ILT trainings on brand, product, service &
sales, clienteling, styling, specialist skills, softs skills and Store Management
development.
Lead a culture of coaching by observing interactions with customers to draw out
solutions, improvements, and development opportunities. Leveraging role play &
coaching to enhance performance.
Support the Manager to build individual coaching plans after performance analysis
on service, relationship building and sales skills.
Leverage Voice of Customer & Service Audit results to coach individuals & teams to
improve service & sales.
Track and manage quality and impact of all trainings and provide regular follow up
to sustain the learning.
Create an engaging, results driven and experiential learning experience.
Work cross functionally & in partnership with the District Manager / Area Manager
to organize and deliver trainings, share feedback and high light potential future
talent.
Ensure consistent Onboarding for all new starters. Liaise with Managers & Instore
Coaches to ensure a proactive plan for the new employee.
About you
Bachelors degree
3-5 years of professional training experience in luxuryl
Strong analytical and communication skills
Advance level of Portuguese and English
Spanish is a plus
