Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Director based out of our Sao Paulo
office.
Working as a member of the high-profile Americas-Latam team, this position holds
direct revenue responsibility. You will be required to execute a sales plan to
sell and retain BMI and GeoQuant solutions revenue into both new logo and existing
accounts to expand our Latam footprint.
This role offers a base salary and commission.

new logo and retention sales efforts for Fitch Solutions BMI and GeoQuant

opportunities across 200+ markets and 20+ industries.

Well Count on You To:
Convert inbound leads alongside lead generation through a variety of channels.
Successfully articulate the value proposition to multiple stakeholders within an
organisation
Aggressively drive sales by prospecting, cold calling, qualifying and securing
meetings with appropriate prospects and clients
Managing the entire sales process from qualification through to negotiation and
close
Working with marketing to design thoughtful sales campaigns to grow the sales
pipeline and increase the sales conversion rate.
Work collaboratively with assigned Account Managers to cross sell BMIs and
GeoQuants research data and analytics into existing accounts
Work with the BMI and GeoQuant management team to ensure our value proposition and
sales approach is well crafted and well suited for the target audience.
Successfully present (demonstrations) BMIs solutions to new logo prospects and
existing customers
Consistently achieve sales activity KPIs
Accurately reporting revenue forecasts and managing pipeline progression in
Salesforce
Travel within assigned territory as required to meet with clients and prospects
What You Need to Have:
Experience of achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue expectations
Demonstrate negotiating with senior stakeholders within financial, corporate and
government institutions
Personable with public speaking and presentation skills
Minimum of 3-5 year of previous sales experience with a consistent track record of
success
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
Excellent listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrable evidence of the ability to
credibly interact with, and influence, senior level and C-Suite executives

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Economics, Business/Finance, or related field or
relevant work experience

Knowledge of CRM systems and Salesforce
