Do you want to work towards this goal?  âWe are looking for our next Maintenance Duty Manager for our Maintenance Station in Miami, who will be responsible for overall shift responsibility and oversight, staffing, debriefing, safety, performance evaluations and coaching. What would be your main challenges? What would be your main challenges? Training and assisting the team to follow proper working procedures, standards and practices, as well as instruct them to follow safety precautions and proper use of safety devices and equipment, periodically checking their usefulness and adequacy. Ensure that all production, equipment and tools are maintained in proper and clean working order. Ensure that all maintenance forms and work orders are properly completed and ensure that the rotation process is executed correctly, using forms to document the process. Maintain the preservation of all units and ensure the proper handling of all parts during and after the work process. Ensure that all work packages are complete and in order and ensure that each unit is complete prior to being processed for return to service by the Quality Manager. MWhat do you need to be our next Maintenance Duty Manager? A&P license is required. Previous work experience as a hangar or line supervisor/team leader is required. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Communication and people management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment. ÍWhere and how will you work? Work location: Maintenance Station (Miami airport area). Workday: full day, shift system. Contract type: indefinite. Work mode: on site.
