You must provide support to Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content and managing students in school environments:Provide support in the classes, sharing with the Head Teacher the guidance to students in the activities in order to enhance learning;Assist the Head Teacher in the distribution and collection of materials etc;Participate in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects by the school;Keep the classroom previously organized with the materials requested by the Head Teacher;Be responsible for decorating walls, doors, tables and bulletin boards around the school;Adapt activities for students with special educational needs;Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, in any activity, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary, to avoid possible accidents. Keeping this stance comprehensively to all school students;Receive students at the entrance and exit of the school, paying attention to safety standards and delivery only to the person in charge;Accompany students at meal times, ensuring that everyone eats well;Be responsible for managing the class in times of absence or temporary unavailability of the Head Teacher;Record student activities through videos and photos and send them to the Head Teacher, within the previously established deadline, without disturbing the dynamics of the room;Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences and development workshops in order to keep and improve professional competence;Attend school events open to families;Follow RED HOUSE general guidelines (Language Policy, Teachers' Handbook,Assessment Policy).
