As a Engagement Managers (EM), you will help shape the digital future of Googles
top clients. We are a team of technical thought leaders, addressing complex
business challenges with solutions. In partnership with business leaders, you will
help clients design a long term and durable plan to incorporate technology into
their strategy. The team has an entrepreneurial culture where you will be able to
leverage and apply your passion for Professional Services, Technology, Consulting,
Business Strategy, Data, and Change and Program Management.

Responsibilities
Partner with sales and clients to establish a Technical Plan to accomplish joint
business objectives and improve the client's digital maturity.
Be the default trusted technical advisor of our customers and internal
stakeholders. Propose technical solutions for their business challenges by serving
as a technical consultant, leader and visionary, seen both internally and
externally as a collaborative and inclusive thought partner.
Oversee complex global, multi-product projects acting as the program manager and
overseeing deadlines, risks, communication, removing roadblocks amongst other
things.
Lead through informal authority gTech teams and cross-functional partners,
providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use
of technology.
Speak the client's language and represent gTech in client conversations. Know the
clients problems and proactively suggest solutions and services that gTech can
offer.
Summary
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English to support client relationship
management in this region.
