Definition of financial targets and Advertising & Promotion investments during the budget process and SAF reviews. Manage the Advertising & Promotion budget ensuring adherence to the Investment Plan of each brand; Develop the P&L of new products, aiming to inform the Commercial and Financial areas about their financial impact on the Ferrero result (contribution margin); Generate and analyze profitability by SKU; Sourcing analysis of products, finding better alternatives in terms of Ind. Cost; Analyze the COGS, providing Gap and monthly analyses; Advise corrective actions to secure target Gross margin level for categories; Monthly alignment with the Regional Marketing team on the P&L of the categories; Responsible for the entire innovation process (Industrial and Commercial); Lead commercial controlling part of PDP for the Region; Consolidation of all financial reports at Regional level, presenting reports to Area controlling.
