Job Description O Estagiário de Produção é uma posição de nível interno que desempenhará um papel de apoio às exigências diárias da equipe de Produção Local (de não ficção) sediada no Brasil. Esta pessoa deve ser muito organizada e ter a capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes projetos. Os candidatos devem ter um forte interesse na gestão e coordenação da produção. Esta posição requer alguém que comunique bem, que possa dar prioridade às suas próprias tarefas e que seja eficaz na gestão, antecipando as necessidades. Principais Atividades Fornecer apoio às exigências diárias da equipe de produção, tais como organização de materiais como horários e actualização de rastreadores internos. Criar apresentações e relatórios para apresentações internas e externas, incluindo a edição de pequenos vídeos. Organizar reuniões, conferências telefónicas e relatórios de despesas, conforme solicitado. Suporte ao time local de produção de conteudo. Assiste pré-produções e gravações locais e estúdios externos. O Essencial Cursando Período noturno de Rádio e TV, Jornalismo com previsão de formação a partir de dez/2025. Pacote de escritório (especialmente powerpoint e Excel), Google Suíte (esp. Google Drive e Slides) e Adobe Premiere e conhecimento de Photoshop é necessário Espanhol ou/e inglês Intermediário.
