Job Summary:
Colgate-Palmolive is offering an internship position in the area of Data
Engineering, within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) department. The intern
will have the opportunity to collaborate with the construction and maintenance of
robust data infrastructures, which support advanced analysis and strategic
decision-making in RGM. The role involves working with large volumes of data,
developing data pipelines, and ensuring data quality and integrity for pricing
analysis, promotion, and product mix optimization. We are looking for a student of
engineering or related field, with a strong inclination towards technological
solutions, knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and ETL tools, and who is
enthusiastic about learning and applying big data concepts in a global business

Main Responsibilities:
Develop, build, and maintain efficient and reliable data pipelines that can be
used for RGM analysis.
Collaborate with data analytics and business teams to understand data needs and
implement solutions that support revenue growth initiatives.
Ensure the integrity, availability, and quality of data collected from a variety
of internal and external sources.
Apply data cleansing and preparation techniques to facilitate analysis and
reporting.
Assist in the implementation of data models and analysis algorithms, working
closely with data scientists and business analysts.
Monitor the performance of data systems and resolve data engineering issues that
may arise.
Participate in the optimization of data processes to improve the efficiency and
scalability of data operations.
Contribute to technical documentation related to data structures, definitions, and
data flows.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and
propose continuous improvements to existing data systems.
Tools that you will have the opportunity to use during the internship:
Trello - Agile Methodologies; Advanced Google Sheets with AppScript (Javascript
Frontend) and QUERIES; Domo - ETLS and Dashboards; Snowflake - SQL; Advanced
Pipelines - Python Airflow and GIT Pipelines.
Requirements:
Students of Computer Science, Engineering and Data Science, Engineering or related
areas;
Minimum training scheduled for Dec/2025;
Study at night;
Availability to intern from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the region of Vila Mariana - South
Zone;
Intermediate Excel (basic formulas, charts, pivot table, vlookup);
English between basic and intermediate.

R$1,800.00 - 1st to 3rd year
