Develop scorecards, tools and reports focus on Strikers & Commercial Team. PSR (Perfect Store Rate), Cooler at Check Out, Volume, Offtake and profitability, POSM & Process. Building performance analysis and opportunities. Create insights to increase resource efficiency and control of Power Planning based on a solid and efficient communication process between Field Team and the Rest of the Company. Lead onboardings for Strikers, 3rd Part, new Employees and Training for Field Team in general.
