Sobre a vaga
The internship with the Wealth Management FLDS team is an excellent opportunity to
develop hard and soft skills while working with highly talented people and
participating in key projects perceived as valuable by senior management and
peers. The internship lasts from one to two years, putting career starters in an
ideal environment of collaboration, hard-work recognition, and networking. The
First Line of Defense Support (FDLS) team advises the business on proper
governance, risk management and effective controls.
You will:
To support FLDS peers in implementing regulatory requirements, tracking
risk-driven projects, participating in committee meetings and taking minutes,
monitoring key risk indicators and aggregating data.

The Brazil FLDS team works in a highly dynamic environment. We value new ideas for
better processes and fostering effective communication.
Your expertise
You are interested in learning and contributing to the teams goals and make use of:
- Hands-on profile (must have)
- Advanced English skills (must have)
- Good communication skills (must have)
- Advanced Excel skills (desirable)
- Power BI skills (desirable)
- Experience or academic background in risk, controls, auditing or compliance
(desirable)
