Develop and maintain video calling features using WebRTC technology, ensuring seamless and high-quality video communication experiences. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust solutions for web and mobile platforms using React and React Native. 3. Ensure maximum performance, responsiveness, and security in applications. 4. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software. 5. Actively participate and lead code reviews to preserve quality and ensure compliance with coding standards. 6. Identify and fix defects and bugs in the software on time. 7. Write and maintain robust, scalable, and easily maintainable tests using frameworks like RSpec. 8. Optimize database queries to enhance performance. 9. Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or the quality control team Requirements: Advanced English; 4+ years in development WebRTC for video calling feature 4 years of experience in React and React Native development. 4 years in development using Ruby on Rails (version 3.2.2) Strong expertise with APIs REST. Solid experience with relational databases. Ability with version control systems. Experience with agile methodologies. Strong experience with usability testing. Nice to have: Experience working in Healthcare Institutions; Experience with AWS services; Intermediate experience with RSpec; Intermediate experience with Sidekiq.
