A oportunidade Esta posição tem local de trabalho em São Paulo na Divisão de Compliance. Como Gerente de Compliance, você terá a chance de: This position is primarily responsible for supporting the affiliates (multi-country if applicable) Ethics and Compliance program and Data Privacy Program, within all local business divisions. This includes working with affiliate leadership to identify and manage ethics and compliance and data privacy risk areas, as well as counsel on compliant and ethical business practices and data privacy related matters. Acts as the local Data Privacy lead. O que você vai fazer: Acts as a strategic adviser to the affiliates (multi-country if applicable) division leaders on proposed commercial programs, analyses alternatives and proposes solutions; involves other functions as required, in all ethics and compliance and Data-Privacy related-matters. Provides direct oversight for complex elements of Abbotts Compliance and Data Privacy programs at the business unit and affiliate level. Assumes responsibility for training, communications, monitoring and all data privacy related matters. Capable of using risk management skills and process to identify complex risk areas, evaluates risk levels, and proposes remediation plan. Independently leads and drives the Compliance Program with minimal supervision from the OEC Director or ECO. Drives ethical leadership (tone & action) from senior business leaders at the business and affiliate level, to foster compliance culture. Acts as Data Privacy lead, or similar role, responsible for supporting the execution of the Data Privacy program. Provides guidance and support to all levels of affiliate employees on ethics and compliance issues, as well as on data privacy related matters including policy interpretation and requirements. Ensures the communication of Abbott ethical standards and compliance requirements within the affiliate directly and by affiliate leadership; raises awareness of the programs and resources available for employee education and support. Leads revision of compliance and data privacy programs and related policies as appropriate to respond to changes in affiliates needs, corporate policies and applicable local laws and industry codes. Leads project teams in implementing ethics and compliance initiatives to include corrective and preventive measures. Anticipates business development and external environment changes, takes proactive initiative to revise or update OEC policy/standard/procedure in accordance with the external environment (law, regulation, industry code, competitor practices).Oversees the development, administration and execution of training and communication initiatives. In collaboration with the business, proactively identifies training needs and keeps training materials/tools updated and tailored to achieve positive training outcomes. Coordinates and ensures the execution of the affiliate s Compliance Activity Ranking (CAR), annual Strategic Plans and Monitoring Plans. Performs monitoring efficiency assessments. Identifies weaknesses in the compliance program or systemic patterns of noncompliance and proposes improvements. Leads the assessment, development, and implementation, of enhancements to the affiliate/division compliance monitoring program to ensure compliance program effectiveness. Proactively identifies/prevents potential risk areas. Analyzes and interprets the monitoring results or findings to leverage that to improve compliance programs, including training, communication, enhancement or OEC policy/standard/procedure revision. Supports OECs Data Analytics program with Power BI. Develops country specific reports on PSA HCPs related spending and other compliance related activities. Ensures quarterly information is shared during ACC meetings. Provides oversight and support locally regarding non-compliance incidents . Oversees the tracking and trending and makes recommendations for corrective actions. Assists with the continued enhancement of the local ethics and compliance program through collaborative interaction and innovative strategies designed to assist the company in achieving its business objectives in an ethical and compliant manner. Provides support to coordinate and direct the Affiliates Compliance Committees. Participates in meetings and facilitates open discussion between key affiliate stakeholders. Monitors the effectiveness of the Affiliates Compliance Committees. Participates/coordinates in a local identified Industry group aiming to align business best practices among local industry. Establishes relationships across peer organizations. Proactively supports new and evolving business models, technologies and growth strategies. Drives innovation and simplification through individual goals, such as compliance and privacy program for new digital product solutions, data driven personalized marketing initiatives for consumers and professionals and harmonizing standard commercial and clinical processes with global standards for consistency and efficiency. Provides guidance on compliance audits, guides the business in preparing corrective action to address findings and recommendations. Partners with business/ HR/ Investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and disciplinary actions are taken consistently across a division. Supervise and/or organizes ethics and compliance records, documents and files and maintains document databases. Uses available tools to accurately track training, monitoring, risk assessment communication, ACC attendance, corrective actions execution from corporate audit findings, among others. Position Accountability / Scope Responsible for successfully managing all compliance related expenses, including travel expenses, compliance week related expenses, and other compliance initiatives. The Compliance Manager must be able to implement and execute the compliance program in the affiliates with minimal supervision and direction. Responsible for helping divisional leaders in the affiliates to make decisions considering the compliance risk and how to manage properly. Lead and drive the Privacy Compliance Program providing comprehensive support and strategic advice on personal data and privacy related matters for his/her country(ies) but participate in regional and global projects and activities from time to time to leverage best practices and expertise from other regions and functions Qualificações necessárias Formação universitária completa.
