Description and Requirements
About Our Team
We are a passionate team of marketeers collaborating to transform Lenovo ISG brand
and perception in Latin America and generating true and measurable impact to the
business pipeline.
What Youll Do
As the ISG Marketing Manager for Brazil, you will play a pivotal role within the
Lenovo ISG Latin America Marketing organization, collaborating closely with both
regional marketing and the local Brazil teams. Your primary responsibility will be
to generate awareness and drive demand for Lenovo ISG in the market. This involves
strategically positioning and communicating ISG solutions, as well as developing
and executing demand generation activities and programs. You will report directly
to the Latin America Marketing Director and work in close partnership with the
regional Country Manager and the local team to ensure alignment between global and
GEO marketing priorities and local business objectives and strategies.
Key job responsibilities
Planning and executing demand generation campaigns and programs
Manage assigned marketing budget focusing on high ROI,
Follow-up and reporting of marketing activities,
Engage with Brazil ISG teams and local alliances to align on demand generation
plan,
Ensure implementation of lead management and leverage marketing operations
guidance and tools,
Work in partnership with local procurement teams to source and hire suppliers for
local execution.
Responsible for monitoring the payment process end-to-end and interface with
suppliers.
Responsible for maintaining reports and documents to support Proof of Execution of
activities to alliances and Lenovo audit.
Manage demand generation by monitoring, tracking, and reporting on KPIs:
MRLs, MQLs, SQOs, Pipeline and Revenue contribution by marketing.
Analyze and leverage marketing reports and data to bring insights and adjustments
to the demand generation programs, while also supporting the digital campaigns
with inputs.
Work in partnership with:
Marketing Operations, LDR Brazil and sales teams to ensure proper attribution of
LSC to marketing leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Partner with stakeholder business groups across marketing and sales to align
planning and execution.
Create and execute a marketing strategy that is aligned to the ISG global and
regional marketing and business priorities generating impact in awareness and
pipeline.
Follow up on program results, tracking LSC that leads to opportunity & deal
conversion rates, cost per acquisition, ROI, and make best practice
recommendations.
Basic qualifications
5+ years of experience on planning and execution as a Field Marketeer in the IT
industry demonstrating deep knowledge in marketing processes and programs, and
budget management.
Have Strategic Marketing thinking, business and results orientation and knowledge
working with alliances programs in the IT market.
Experience working with both hardware and software business, being able to promote
an integrated solutions messaging that comprised services.
Have partnered with relevant agencies, media and IT organizations in the IT market
in Brazil that engages and connects with IT decision makers and professionals.
English and Portuguese fluent (Spanish is a plus)
Ability to object and effectively communicate with internal and external
stakeholders, including multi reporting, avoiding miscommunications that can
impact the business.
Keen analytical and strategic planning skills complementing a detail-oriented
focus.
Resiliency while working with different teams and against tight deadlines.
