The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Plan and implement strategic and/or tactical projects in the First Mile Planning and Performance (FM P&P) teams, and when necessary act as a focal point for First Mile Operations projects. Work on the interfaces of P&P projects with other areas of the company, and eventually with external vendors, seeking relevant data and information, and disseminating and evangelizing the projects when necessary. Being the point of contact between First Mile and Regional, in order to strengthen FM BR's ties with Shopee's global structure. Develop people, encourage teamwork, and always maintain an environment with a great organizational climate. Design, plan, coordinate, and implement strategic and/or tactical projects for FM P&P teams Support the execution of projects by the FM Ops team, bridging the gap between the Ops PMO and those impacted by P&P Carry out interfaces with other areas and external vendors to collect data, information, and quotes quickly and efficiently Structure the business case of projects, with sensitivity analysis of variables and definition/construction of multiple scenarios Monitor the progress of projects, defining success metrics, ramp-up, and targets and monitor governance Conduct market research to understand industry trends and external benchmarks in FM processes in BR and around the world Carry out internal SEA benchmarks, seeking KPIs and regional best practices and adapting regional projects in BR Internally seek information requested by region and act as the official link between FM BR and other SEA operations
