Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role is accountable of being Core People Processes Leader for PBF. Ensures
the strategies from Global & Sector TM CoE are translated effectively to the
necessities of the OU and Functions in PBF for PMP, 360, HOGAN, LeAD, MPW, GREAT5
and SUPER5 Deployment, Development Leadership Programs, PPP, Next Gen and First
Gen governance and development plan. Connects the dots between the different
Asssesments to generate and propose new ways of leveraging the avaible data to
create a more holistic view of the Talent Management agenda.
This role supports the Culture Transformation agenda by collaborating directly
with the Change & Talent Mgmt Leader for PBF as well as People Leadership Team
PBF, to ensure the agenda/content is aligned with the Surveys strategy and helps
execute the corresponding Surveys, as well as to connect the results with the rest
of the Assessments available at the TM Team, to create a more holistic approach.
Ensure all the Talent Management systems are working properly to run the different
Assessments, Surveys and Multi Raters in PBF. Support the transition, enhancement
and enablement of the different tools (Pulse, Multi-Raters and myP&D) by providing
to Global OD/TM/People Ops the necessities of the Sector and how to improve the
way we run and manage all the Assessments.
Trains PeopleBP and Leaders Functions in the Core People Proceseses, so that they
understand the stategy, calendar agenda, buget, communication framework, ect& to
run accurately and effectively all the Asssessments and Surveys.
Supports People Planning process by assuring Talent Analytics are in place for the
PBF. Ensures all the Talent Management data is complete by auditing the Talent
Cards of the different associates L6+ and the format and content of the Talent to
discuss.
Collaborates directly with the PBF Talent Analytics (work together CoE TM) team to
assure they understand the data from the local and Sector, what Assessments and
Surveys we have to connect all the results and generate useful insights and
proposals, detect the gaps and to leverage the use of new tools that will enable
the possibiblity of elevating the data and making a diagnostic of how we are
according to our Talent.
Works in all the communications and translations required for the Assessments and
Surveys, assuring they are understandable and ad hoc to the OU. Works closely with
internal Communications for LatAm to assure the communications are complete and
approved by the different Function Leaders according to the case so they can be
deployed to all the associates (Eg. Sr People Business Partner, ect) . Assures
there is a communication framework for the Sector to deploy according to the
Assessment and instance of the year.
Works with LatAm and others sectors/ OUs and Corpoarte to share best practices
among the Sectors, to leverage information, tools, proyects and experiences to
improve the way we do things and become more effective on the CPP and the Surveys.
Also serves as a point person to support this PBF in case they require certain
information of the OU. As well works with People Ops LatAm to assure aligntation
in the corresponding processes and Data Management.
Interacts with Global TM Leaders to provide feedback on how to improve the tools
and processes being deployed.
This role supports in the decision making in Talent Assessment by providing the
necessary insights and information of what would be best for the Sector according
to each process.
Your Impact
As Gerente de Talent Management your responsibilities would consist of:
Leads the Sector talent assessment agenda in support of business strategy,
balancing global consistency with Sector relevance.
Develops deep understanding of Sector business and implications for Core People
Processess.
Accountable for supporting in People Planning Process, by providing accurate
Talent Analytics of the Sector, as well as to ensure the data integrity of the
Decks is assured by cointaing all the relevant Talent Management data according to
the corresponding criteria.
Facilitates the identification and communication of talent analytics work and
plans within the CoE, by collaborating with this team.
Designing a communication framework for all the CPP that adequates to the Sector
neccesities, while being aligned to the Global communications.
Supports the Culture Transformation Agenda to keep aligned with the C&E strategy,
to assure there is no duplication and the correct leverage of systems and content.
Leads the Multi Raters deployment (360, HOGAN, PEPL and MQPI) across the Sector,
assuring the tool availibity and selection criteria.
Leads Pulse/OHS Process (Governance, Deployment, Communication, Sector Content,
Action Planning).
Leads PMP Agenda within the Sector, assuring the correct system availability and
supporting the enhacements on the tools and leverage of the critical information.
Identifying ways to improve the Core People Processes, while being aligned to the
Global Strategy, and leveraging best practices across Sector and PepsiCo.
Connecting the available results and information that is result from the
Assessment and Surveys to construct a Storytelling for the Sector of where we are
in the Talent Agenda to share within LatAm Leaders.
Representing the LatAM TM CoE in Forums as:
CPP Calls, PMP Council and Gatekeeper, as well as other meetings/call as LatAM
Engagement Lead.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience in design and implementation of processes and tools for assessment.
Consultative skills partnering with others to determine appropriate solutions to
business needs
Project management discipline and rigor to ensure processes are followed and
initiatives delivered in a timely manner
Strong written and oral communication skills; including executive presence and
ability to tailor style to audience
Ability to interpret and integrate quantitative and qualitative feedback
Coaching skills guidance to clients and reccomendations for their business
necessity
Having an important knowledge of Talent Analytics.
Facilitation skills small and large group, and executive facilitation
Presentation Skills- creating relevant and significative content according to the
different Assessments & Surveys Results for Leaders
English and Spanish (ability to communicate)
Being able to participate in forums with Senior Leaders and sharing relevant
feedback or points of view.
