THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Global Client Engagement Strategy Sr. Manager to our Wellbeing
Engagement team in São Paulo!
This role is to join the Global Client Marketing and Engagement team, responsible
for leading global B2B2C engagement strategy. This person will be able to
anticipate clients' needs and develop expertise on changing behavior and corporate
cultures towards higher engagement rates and better-perceived value. As a Sr.
Strategy Manager, you will be expected to develop solutions to complex and
high-visibility business problems and opportunities to evolve the Gympass
engagement strategy with our clients across 10 different countries, working
cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, product, and data teams to
transform early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
YOUR IMPACT
Lead global engagement and marketing strategies for our Gympass clients;
Act as a trusted advisor for the regional teams on area strategy, planning, and
supporting the achievement of Gympass enrollment targets in our clients;
Provide deep analytical insights on external data and trends and internal
performance analyzing data from Gympass, customers, and third parties;
Develop powerful storylines and presentations to present our services to clients
increasing perceived value and overall engagement rates;
Accelerate growth for clients by developing engagement and marketing strategies and actionable insights that transform companies corporate well-being. (Ex:
Playbooks);
Scope, manage, and successfully deliver complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders (Ex:
Innovation Sprints);
Lead internal research and insights to better understand Companies Wellbeing
Programs, peoples habits impacted by the workplace and work routines;
Works alongside the Commercial Team, Engagement Regional team and Data &
Performance Team to keep a continuous feedback loop of testing and learning with
real cases and clients.

WHO YOU ARE
7+ years experience in Marketing Strategy / Commercial Strategy areas;
Experience in delivering results in a matrix organization requiring strong
collaboration and effectively balancing trade-offs to drive decisions;
Experience presenting and communicating with leaders and senior management teams;
Relationship-building, stakeholder management, and communication skills;
Experience partnering on cross-functional projects or teams;
Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills).
Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently;
Analytical skills and ability to track results with a structured and organized
mindset;
Have a scalable mindset to create and deploy standard initiatives to generate a
wide and significant impact;
Familiarity with Google packages, such as Google Sheets and Slides.
Excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;
Have a strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with
eagerness to grow with hands-on mindset; Proven ability to manage multiple,
competing priorities simultaneously;
Strong team player spirit.
