Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Execute the Go-To-Market strategy for all formats aligned with the PBF AOP.
Support the execution of the efficiency improvement strategy through CTS
reduction.
Support proof of concept for the evolution of GTM in PBF
Ensure the development of the human resources under its responsibility.
Be guardian and act based on Values, Principles and Code of Conduct and foster an
environment of integrity in your team
Your Impact
As GTM Transformation Manager your scope would consist of:
Design and implement the best GTM PBF plan for the upcoming years, evaluating
population, sales, routes, and distances.
Designing the OT strategy, new design of the service pyramid.
Redesigning the DTS to make a more efficient GTM, evaluating remote routes and
their payback.
Reducing PBF's CTS through the impact of the projects.
Support 3PD implementation of the regions of the Small distributors and Juntos
Design & evaluate the economic benefits of the migration of routes by
transformation or creation of new sites (Mixing, CIP, BIN) according to VCT agenda
Align project economics with stakeholders
Identify the potential territories & routes for conversion on 3PDs
Responsible for the qualification, development and motivation of the sales team.
Develop the team under your direct responsibility following the PepsiCo Growth and
Development Model and The Pepscio Way.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Key Skills:
Complete college degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics or related areas.
Postgraduate and / or MBA in related areas.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Desirable Intermediate English and Spanish
5 years of experience in Sales Manager roles (Mandatory).
10 years of experience in commercial roles.
Good interpersonal relationships as it involves integrating teams with sales,
S&OP, marketing, customer service, logistics, and finance.
Leadership skills to drive projects involving different areas.
Experience in team leadership
