Job Summary
Support in the routine of the Human Resources area with a focus on Recruitment and
Selection and Training and Development for the Marketing and Hills Pet Nutrition
departments.
Main Responsibilities
Work alongside the HR Generalist in all HR processes such as Recruitment &
Selection, Organizational Development, and Training & Development;
Execute the entire Recruitment and Selection process from aligning profiles for
internship positions to daily monitoring of interns;
Assist in the development plan for interns;
Organize departmental events according to pre-established goals and deadlines;
Support the #New Generation Internship Program;
Support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee;
Handle general HR inquiries from employees.
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in Administration, Human Resources Management, or Psychology -
evening period
Expected graduation from Jan/2026 onwards;
Ability to intern for 6 hours/day, from 09:00 to 16:00;
Intermediate English proficiency
Availability to work remotely (space, Wi-Fi network)
Desirable
Experience in Recruitment and Selection
Engagement with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
