Sobre a vaga
An Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our
ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This will be
accomplished by focusing on our Inside Sales segmented customers and providing
technical expertise to both sales representatives and customers. In addition to
being comfortable with negotiation on the phone, outbound calling and generating
interest, they will also be expected to possess the ability to read drawings,
effectively qualify prospects and successfully close sales to secure orders and
achieve targets.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and
emails
Recommend replacements for obsolete Pall parts.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Provide technical support to internal team and customers.
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Travel 2-4 times per year, domestically and/or globally
Qualifications
Proven inside sales experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Engineering Degree a plus
