This position requires a real passion for client success, innovation and technical
skills, and daily collaboration with clients and other IBM teammates. We want the
candidate to have strong written and oral communication skills and be highly
organized. The candidate should be able to articulate the business offerings to
new and existing IBM clients. The candidate must be able to understand the
financials and process of a sales/post sales, have technical knowledge and
articulate the value to client and management. This role requires excellent
communication and organizational skills. The role requires the intern to keep CSM
records updated and to be able to establish clear and efficient communication with
our internal teams and clients. The intern might interact with account managers
and cross-functional peers supporting the CSM to engage with the client. This role
also involves technical interactions with internal teams and clients on helping
design technical solutions which requires the candidate to have technical
background or aptitude to perform in a technical environment.
