IT AX Specialist São Paulo - SP (Hybrid Work Model) About our client: Our client is an iconic French fashion house, pioneering in luxury clothing, accessories, and perfumes since 1910. Main target for this position: Properly understand and evaluate business needs (focusing primarily on Digital Business (e-commerce) and CRM) and translate them to IT Language, in a way that partners and developers can apply such needs in the projects and software to be used by the company. Provide support on e-commerce Systems and platforms (ERP, integrations, EDIs). Analyze, develop and support technical features related to Microsoft Dynamics AX. What will your responsibilities be? Understand the issues faced by Business areas (focusing primarily on Digital Business (e-commerce) and CRM) with the existing IT applications and create action plans to solve them, following up in all phases up to the final delivery of the solution. Align strategies with Business Management on the needs for new features, improvements or new projects and coordinate with IT Department for the necessary resources to implement those projects, in terms of time, costs and efforts. Coordinate with the different areas in the organization for the impacts brought by the new features or projects from an IT standpoint and ensure all the changes and needs are accepted and addressed. Coordinate all the implementation phases of projects and new features with the IT Team and partners. Provide technical support on e-commerce Systems and platforms (ERP, integrations, EDIs). Develop solutions (new features, customs, fixes, etc.) based on Business needs and following Microsoft best practices and the companys procedures. Follow up with the post-implementation of projects, new features and improvements, providing internal adjustments/corrections or requesting partners support. Proper document and file all the process, targeting a knowledge base construction and keeping the operation history for the company. Main Requirements? Fluent in English (mandatory) Technical skills of AX 2012 and MSSQL Functional skills of AX 2012 on Finance/Tax or Trade Functional understanding of Hybris e-commerce (desirable) Basic knowledge of Finance/Tax or Trade (from an IT standpoint) Graduation: IT Systems, Computers Science or other areas in IT or Mathematics. 5 years with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 on technical and functional dimensions.
