Apply now for the position of IT Data Management Demand
Your role:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders requesting Data
Management resources and services providing first-level technical consulting on
our portfolio.
Analyze stakeholder demands for Data Management resources and services to
understand business and technical requirements. Work with stakeholders and
solution architects to transfer requirements and design solutions that meet
business and technical requirements.
Manage the prioritization and scheduling of Data Management projects and
initiatives using a sprint-based agile methodology to align all work and
deliverables from demand intake to delivery
Develop and maintain documentation related to Data Ecosystem solutions, including
architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides
Drive communication on implemented demands and projects in different channels
Build strong stakeholder relationships by understanding their needs and providing
exceptional customer service.
Embrace a culture of customer orientation and service excellence
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to cloud computing,
and make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies and practices.
Your expertise:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Availability to work in hybrid model in São Paulo
Advanced English (you will be part of an global team)
