The IT Solutions Consultant for Marketing and Sales serves as a pivotal member of
the IT team, instrumental in translating business strategies into digital
opportunities. This role is dedicated to seamlessly integrating technology
solutions with the specific requirements and objectives of the marketing and sales
departments, actively contributing to the overall success of the business. In
addition to these responsibilities, the role also includes ensuring robust user
adoption for IT systems, fostering a culture where technology is effectively
embraced and utilized within the marketing and sales functions.
Accountabilities
STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align IT solutions with the
strategic goals of the Marketing to Sell stream.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for IT initiatives, ensuring they
contribute effectively to overall business objectives.
STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Marketing and
Sales department.
Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, facilitating effective
communication and understanding of requirements.
SOLUTION PROPOSALS
Analyse marketing processes to identify opportunities for technology-driven
improvements.
Propose, champion, and implement IT solutions that enhance marketing and sales
efficiency, customer experience, and performance.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead and oversee the implementation of IT projects within the Marketing to Sell
stream.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the required quality
standards.
RISK MANAGEMENT
Identify potential risks related to IT solutions and work collaboratively to
develop mitigation strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address
challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
KPIS AND METRICS DEVELOPMENT
Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the
success of IT deliverables within the Marketing to Sell stream.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure KPIs align with business objectives and
provide meaningful insights into the effectiveness of implemented IT solutions.
USER ADOPTION
Develop comprehensive strategies to promote and ensure user adoption of new IT
solutions within the Marketing to Sell team.
Design and implement metrics to measure user adoption rates and user proficiency.
Monitor and analyze user adoption metrics, providing regular reports to
stakeholders.
Identify barriers to user adoption and implement corrective measures to enhance
engagement.
Qualifications

Essential for this position:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field;
equivalent work experience may be considered.
In-depth understanding of marketing processes, strategies, and objectives.
Knowledge of current IT trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the marketing
/ sales domain.
Good understanding of agile practices, techniques, and tools
Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and a deep understanding of
Agile principles, values, and ceremonies. Familiarity with marketing automation
tools and technologies.
Good communication skills and ability to work with end users.
Fluent level of English (spoken and written).
Good skills on service and supplier management.
Advanced skills on stakeholder management, collaborative working, consultancy and
budget management.
Additional Information
Office located at South zone in São Paulo.
Hybrid model of work (at least 2 days on site).
No relocation support is provided.
