Global Finance & Business Management works to strategically manage capital, drive
growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk.
By providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and
drive decisions, the global F&BM teams ensure the company can navigate all types
of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.
The Payments Business Management team supports the Payments business, which plays
a critical role in the infrastructure and capabilities that enable money movement
globally. The team is engaged in both supporting business-as-usual deliverables,
as well as shaping and implementing the forward-looking strategy, working with a
wide range of product, line of business and functional partners.
Job Responsibilities:
Point of contact for front office and support functions, helping coordinate
multiple team towards achievement of common business objectives
Assist in the production of presentations, business review, analysis and other
supporting materials for key internal clients, including senior management
Support business through budgeting, forecasting and expense management exercises
Participate in ad-hoc special projects and requests
Assist on the governance of key business initiatives with indicators monitoring
and updates
Conduct analyses on key issues impacting internal data flows to determine root
cause and propose solutions
Build effective relationships and work closely with Finance & Business Management
colleagues across Payments.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelors degree and experience in a business management or similar role
2-3 years of professional experience within Financial Services
Understanding of Payments preferred
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint preferably advanced level
Solid analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail
Comfortable in presenting to senior audiences, while managing multiple competing
priorities and deliverables
Fluent in English.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Alteryx and Tableau experience is a plus;
Spanish is a plus.
