THE OPPORTUNITY
Were looking for a talented Learning & Development Intern to join our People team
in São Paulo, Brazil!
Gympass is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to be part of our mission of providing staff with access to high quality, virtual, asynchronous, and blended learning initiatives. At the core of the L&D team we strive to:
design, develop, and deliver tailored and impactful learning initiatives for our
global workforce; support critical business needs through staff-focused onboarding
and upskilling; and, engage with Gympass staff to increase learner access, use,
and impact of L&D initiatives.
As an intern with our Learning & Development team, you'll work closely with our
L&D team to support various training and development initiatives. You'll gain
hands-on experience in training design, delivery, engagement, and evaluation while
contributing to our core curricula of leadership development and diversity &
inclusion.
YOUR IMPACT
Assist in identifying, designing, updating, and delivering learning initiatives
under the supervision of L&D teammates;
Support training engagement and evaluation efforts, including driving increased
user engagement, learner adoption, and overall training impact;
Provide operational support to ensure successful implementation of internal
training events, including administrative tasks during virtual meetings on
platforms like Zoom and Google Meets;
Track attendance for each training event and manage correspondence before and
after sessions via Gmail and Google Chat channels;
Manipulate Google Sheets and report on basic statistics such as attendance records
and satisfaction scores from Google Forms;
Support the management of our online learning platform, Udemy, by uploading
training recordings and ensuring content accessibility;

WHO YOU ARE
Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources Management, or
related areas;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Advanced/Fluent English;
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and organize data effectively;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Google Workspace
plus;
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities;
A basic understanding of HR processes and concepts is preferred;
Demonstrate ability to build sound relationships and communicate expectations;
Excellent investigative and troubleshooting skills.
