Ecolabs Industrial Group is seeking a creative and accomplished professional with a passion for sales learning and development to join our Brazil Learning Execution team. The Learning & Development Manager will help implement learning experiences that drive commercial outcomes and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our salesforce. Supporting our Field Sales and Corporate Account teams, this role will implement best-in-class sales training solutions including product and equipment knowledge, sales skills, new hire onboarding, and digital sales systems training (Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI and in-house sales enablement applications).   What You Will Do: Empower our sales and service associates to deliver the best customer outcomes and create a world-class customer experience by helping facilitate an innovative sales learning curriculum and performance supportLead an extended sales onboarding program that incorporates live, online, hands-on, and mentor-based training for all go-to-market roles across multiple Industrial Group businessesFacilitate world-class sales training courses including Counselor Salesperson, Versatile Salesperson, and other internally developed courses to help all associates deliver a world class experience for external customersIdentify improvement opportunities and gaps within existing learning programs, and partner with Global Industrial Learning & Development team to co-develop and execute new learning programs to meet the needs of the businessProvide indirect leadership to field associates through management feedback during and after training sessions, including activities, tracking metrics and supplemental materials to ensure proper learning reinforcementDevelop effective working relationships with business leadership, HR, learning professionals, and front-line sales and service associates to identify emerging gaps and needs and to drive learning efficacyBe nimble, resilient, and adaptable to the ever-changing environment of learning and offer creative solutions based on both experience and industry trends Minimum Qualifications: Completed Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in a technical or digital sales and service role; or equivalent professional experience working with field sales and sales managementKnowledge of career development, adult learning, learning and development theories and techniquesKnowledge of modern consultative sales methodologies, sales process, and buyers journey alignment as well as sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coachingExpert with Microsoft Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) and/or other related talent technology and social collaboration tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience in training and mentoring field sales and service personnelProven track record of self-directed learning and professional growthPassion to teach, coach, and support others to succeedSkilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, ESM, and other related LMSSuperior verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
