As part of its consulting service line, VCA offers Managed Services (VMS), which
is a full cycle solution for the implementation of enterprise programs and
portfolio strategies, ensuring strategy implementation through profitable
lifecycle programs and portfolio management execution. Managed Services acts as a
true extension of Visa Clients team bringing together expertise, capabilities,
resources and scale to enhance performance and increase profitability.
Job Description
The Visa Consulting and Analytics team is looking for a high performance
individual to join its Managed Services practice and play a key role in developing
and delivering high impact projects Brazil. The potential candidate will
proactively engage with Visa Clients, by delivering, implementing and executing
projects and solutions on behalf of issuers, acquirers and merchants. This person
will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby
ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner.
The Managed Services Manager will support the design, implementation and execution
of VCAs recommendations for clients on their behalf. This individual will shape
delivery frameworks and methodologies and lead end-to-end implementation of
customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product
development/redesign projects, process improvements, and any enablement required
to drive payment volume, revenue growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners
across the LAC region.
This role will combine commercial intelligence with Visas data assets,
proprietary analytical solutions, cutting edge digital platforms, program
capabilities, CRM best practices and partnerships to enable engaging interactions,
optimized results and product enhancements.
The potential candidate will proactively develop and carry on innovative and value
added use cases ensuring a smooth execution across all program stages including
design, planning, segmentation, targeting, offering, distribution, reward
fulfillment and performance management.
Specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Team Management : Manage a team with +5 people, dedicated to development and
delivery of multi-functional execution projects for financial institutions
(issuers, acquirers and merchants).
Performance Management & Reporting:
Track and measure team performance and projects KPIs. Analyze results, provide
insights and foster a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Serve as liaison with functional teams ensuring consistency and collaborative
working environment throughout Visas local, regional and global groups.
Product development and implementation:
Support VMS team in developing new use cases related to value proposition, product
implementation support and technology projects, such as development of new
products, implementation of Visas products and services into issuers, acquirers
and merchants.
Support clients in efficiently utilizing Visas digital products and services,
facilitating a seamless and beneficial digital transition.
Data Management:
manipulate and mine data proficiently through existing tools or programing skills,
as well as augment traditional data with complementary sources.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote
and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set
days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in
the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration,
economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Masters Degree in related
fields a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments,
consulting or similar.
Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up to date with latest market
and industry analytical and digital trends.
Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing ROI. Understanding of
card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle
numerous projects concurrently.
Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
Team player
Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus
