As a Marketing Communications Manager Brazil-Andean, you will be part of a great
team of Brand & Marketing Communications Center of Excellence (COE)
You will be responsible for driving all marketing communication activity in the
South America region, inclusive of content development and planning.
Location:
Sao Paulo office/Brazil
As part of our Brand & Marketing Communications Center of Excellence (COE), your role will be:
Develops region executional calendar, including product launches and category
campaigns, to drive demand for new and existing solutions. Ensure alignment of
event, social and campaign plans to the global annual marcoms plan
Develops and delivers high impact communications plans and go-to-market tools for
regional new product launches
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including category marketing, technical
and sales teams to develop necessary G2M enablement materials needed for the
region
Drives Marketing Communications processes and deliverables with agency partner(s),
including development / approval of SOWs, writing briefs/briefing agency, managing
timelines, deliverables, and budget
Oversees the breadth of the Marketing Communications mix including PR and media
activities, sales collateral, advertising, conferences, trade shows, customer
events, social media, and internal communication materials for the region
Budget responsibility for marketing communications expenses and allocation aligned
with the business priorities global and region - in conjunction with global
marketing centers of excellence
Functions as Content Management Platform strategic lead for region and governance
contact point for related go-to-market materials for the region; Owns/manages
content creation process within tool, for their regions/countries (ensuring
materials are up-to-date, relevant, appropriate within brand guidelines and
effective activations of global and regional priorities for marketing and
go-to-market channels)
Adapts relevant Corporate communications plans and messaging for the regional
market. Manages regulatory and legal review process for external facing materials
for region to ensure we consistently release compliant materials. Ensures all
communications materials are in line with companys brand guidelines.
What do you need to be successful in the role?
Bachelors degree or equivalent know-how in communications, marketing, or a
related function
8-10 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in a global B2B
environment; food and beverage industry experience a plus;
Proficient in Microsoft® Office applications and related business and
communication tools, including Adobe® Acrobat, Photoshop; Knowledge of Salesforce
and Pardot
Fluent in English and able to speak in Spanish, facilitating seamless
communication across diverse environments.
A comprehensive project portfolio that demonstrates your abilities in marketing
communications planning, design, and implementation including new product launches
and events
